change of
position
I would
assume that a position change has taken place in me where the focus is on
awareness of my observations. It's taking a kind of distance from myself, the
idea that you will look at yourself. From this point of view - looking at
yourself - there seems to be a distance between yourself and yourself. It is an
imaginary distance. I leave the position in which I look at myself as the
"spectator".
I would
place the emphasis on this look at the spectator . It is a more contemplative
position, from which you look at how and what you experience. So all the
emotions that you have, you just look
simultaneously at it from a distance. This is initially a strange sensation. If
you do this much then you actually learn the trick to distance yourself from your emotions but still, you let them be, you accept everything.
If you are
very proficient in this, you will see at some point that you are also the
spectator of that illusionary point , you are the spectator of the spectator.
And would
you fall into a mirror effect: you, the observer of the spectator of the spectator
and so on. You are always the
laaaast spectator! Got it? That means
you cannot actually see yourself!
